Cardano Mainnet Layer 2 Expansion Protocol Hydra Releases New Version V0.12.0, Enables New API

Sebastian Nagel, a core developer of Cardano, announced on social media that the mainnet Layer 2 expansion protocol Hydra has released a new version V0.12.0. This version is fully compatible with the Cardano Node v8.1.2 client and the new signature protocol Mithril developed by Input Output Global (IOG). At the same time, a new application programming interface (API) will be launched. Since its launch, Cardano L2 Hydra has integrated multiple upgrades, with the goal of promoting the number and speed of transaction processing on the blockchain.
