According to Jinse Finance, Offchain Labs, the team behind Layer 2 project Arbitrum, stated on social media that the Arbitrum network did not experience any downtime within an hour yesterday. For most users, the chain will operate normally, but users waiting for final confirmation will experience a pause. According to blockchain tracker Arbiscan, approximately 22 hours ago, Arbitrum experienced an hour-long pause between the 316,002nd and 316,003rd batches.
