ApeCoin has launched a new proposal AIP-266, which proposes a new type of proposal called "Efficiency Improvement Suggestion (EIS)" to authorize the ApeCoin special committee to promote more efficient DAO operations. According to the proposal, ApeCoin intends to formally establish a process for the special committee to create a new proposal method called "Efficiency Improvement Suggestion", and the EIS proposal will be directly submitted to the DAO coordinator, who will then forward it to the special committee for review. The EIS will be published under the new EIS tab on Discourse within two days. The special committee will decide whether to accept or reject the EIS within 12 days. In addition, ApeCoin DAO will create a new role of "EIS drafter", who will formally draft reasons and instructions for rejecting or approving the proposal according to their instructions. It is reported that the proposal vote will end on August 17.
