Arbitrum Network Faces Another Downtime Episode, ARB Price and TVL Trend Decline

Arbitrum, a Layer 2 solution, experienced a 15-minute pause in block production on July 25th, according to the Arbitrum scanner. This is not the first time the network has faced outages, with previous incidents in January and June. While normal block production has been restored, the daily transaction volume has declined slightly, and the Total Value Locked (TVL) on Arbitrum has also decreased in the past few weeks. Additionally, the ARB price has seen a bearish trend, losing over 6% in value in the past three days.
