TIGER GLOBAL STRUGGLES TO RAISE EVEN HALF OF $6B FUND TARGET

Tiger Global has raised just over $2.7bn for its 16th private equity fund since October, less than half of the $6bn target it set. The current fund is already half the size of its previous one, which raised $11.4bn in February last year, three months after its first close in November.
