Crypto Kiosk Manager Sues Sheriff's Office Over Return of Cash to Scam Victim

June 15 (Huobi) - A legal dispute has arisen between the McLennan County Sheriff's Office and a crypto kiosk operator after an 82-year-old woman was scammed out of $15,000 through a Bitcoin-like ATM. The police intervened to help the victim recover her losses, but the ATM's operators sued after the cash was seized.
