Shaquille O'Neal Challenges Lawsuit Service in FTX Case

Former NBA star Shaquille O'Neal is asking a court to dismiss a lawsuit against him for promoting FTX, a now-bankrupt crypto exchange. O'Neal claims he was never properly served with official notice of the lawsuit, despite class action attorney Adam Moskowitz's claim that process servers gave him notice outside his Atlanta home in April. O'Neal's lawyers argue that the papers were never properly delivered and should be quashed. O'Neal is one of more than a dozen celebrities and sports figures being sued for promoting FTX.
