Samsung will announce mass production of 3-nanometer process

Samsung Electronics will officially announce mass production of 3-nanometer technology on the 30th. According to TheLec, the customer list includes virtual currency mining machine chips. The design company Shanghai PanSemi and the major customer Qualcomm have also placed orders for 3nm production capacity. However, according to Korean media reports, Samsung's 3-nanometer production is still very small, in the trial production stage, and the scale is still not enough to achieve mass production.
