Cosmos ecosystem Osmosis blockchain tweeted that the code patch and emergency upgrade is in testing. Presuming no unforeseen circumstances, the current target is to be able to restart the chain this weekend. In parallel, data analysis is undergoing to be able to produce reproducible list of addresses with economic value lost, which will be used for recovery drop. The recovery drop to affected users will follow shortly in coming days after chain restart. Almost all major exploiters are collaborating to return funds. Any unrecoverable funds or accidental uses of the bug will be covered by the Osmosis developer fund. This means there will be NO reversal of txs or breakage of chain's ownership immutability.
