Anthropic will sue the U.S. Department of Defense.

 Anthropic has vowed to challenge in court the U.S. Department of Defense's decision to blacklist the company, which claims the company refused to lift all restrictions on military use of its Claude model. The company also stated that it is "very saddened" by the escalating dispute. This cutting-edge AI company is doing something few others have done since Trump returned to the White House, namely directly and publicly challenging the Trump administration.
