The 4-hour chart has shifted in favor of buyers after AVAX broke above its descending channel, ending weeks of lower highs and lower lows. The breakout was accompanied by a sharp increase in volume, indicating fresh buying interest rather than a low-conviction move.

The Supertrend indicator has flipped bullish, reinforcing the change in short-term momentum. Meanwhile, the MACD has completed a bullish crossover, with the histogram expanding into positive territory, suggesting upside momentum is accelerating.

Despite the breakout, AVAX is now testing the channel’s upper boundary as resistance near $6.70–$6.80. A successful close above this region could trigger an extension toward $7.20, while sustained buying pressure may expose the next resistance around $8.00. Failure to hold above the breakout zone, however, would risk a pullback toward $6.30, where the previous channel resistance could act as new support.

FTEP covers online expression, privacy tools, digital surveillance, scams, and responsible artificial intelligence governance standards.

The programme will place private-sector specialists inside the department for limited assignments tied to digital freedom and freedom of expression. Palantir Technologies, Anduril Industries and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation are the other founding partners.

BPI announced its role in a July 24 post on X. It said participating employees would work with State Department experts on online speech, privacy tools, digital surveillance and responsible artificial intelligence governance.

 The announcement did not state how many BPI employees will take part, when placements will begin or which offices will receive them.

The Daily Chart: An Overbought RSI on $SHIB The daily regime reads neutral, yet the RSI on D1 sits at 77.27 - well past the 70 overbought threshold. $SHIB has been bought aggressively over a sustained period. That does not guarantee an immediate reversal, but it does mean the easy upside has already been captured. Every push higher from here requires fresh buyers willing to pay increasingly expensive prices. In a Fear-dominated market, that pool of buyers thins quickly.

The daily MACD, price levels, EMA readings, Bollinger Bands, ATR, and pivot points do not carry usable numerical values in the current dataset. The RSI at 77.27 therefore stands as the clearest signal the daily chart is offering. When a daily RSI pushes toward 80 without a clear fundamental catalyst, the probability of mean reversion rises meaningfully. Traders who bought the move have profit to protect. Federal Police in Brazil has taken action against a high-profile drug trafficking ring that used cryptocurrency to launder the funds obtained for its narcotics export activity to Europe.

On Thursday, the Brazilian federal Police announced the results of Operation Commodity, which terminated the activities of a group that used the port of Rio de Janeiro to smuggle cocaine hidden in coffee, cement, and mortar shipments that were mainly sent to Europe, using a logistics network spanning South America, Europe, and Asia.

Investigations hint at over 6.5 tons of cocaine processed by the group since 2021 to various European countries, including France, Belgium, Germany, Slovenia, and Spain.

During the operation, which encompassed actions in São Paulo, Minas Gerais, Santa Catarina, and Espírito Santo, 13 preventive arrests and 44 search-and-seizures were executed, with courts ordering the seizure of assets and freezing of property up to 1 billion reais (nearly $196 million). A shootout erupted in one of these locations, with a suspect dying of gunshot wounds as he resisted.

The group had links to the Primeiro Comando da Capital (PCC) and Comando Vermelho (CV), two criminal organizations that the Trump Administration designated as Specially Designated Global Terrorists (SDGTs) and were previously targeted in Operation Exchange, which dismantled a $2 billion crypto money laundering ring earlier this month.

The police indicated that a luxury car dealership located in Greater São Paulo, which offered Ferrari, Porsche, Corvette, and Land Rover vehicles, was part of the operation that used shell companies to launder the drug trafficking proceeds using cryptocurrency.

The financing is intended to cover part of two buildings with eight data halls at the Helios campus. The facilities are planned for 400 megawatts of utility capacity and 260 MW of critical IT capacity, with some proceeds also funding debt-service reserves. The 9.875% coupon works out to $346.3 million in annual interest, paid in cash every Feb. 1 and Aug. 1 starting in 2027. The first payment covers only part of a year, but Galaxy has not disclosed the exact amount.

Repayment starts when construction ends

Principal repayment runs on a different schedule. The notes are due to amortize at 4% of original principal each year, subject to adjustment. That equals $140.28 million annually before adjustments, paid in semiannual installments, with the first payment date at least 10 months after project completion. Interest starts on a fixed schedule, while principal repayments wait until construction is complete and can be adjusted. Creditors will hold first-priority claims on nearly all project assets and the parent company's stake in the issuer.

The disclosed liens cover Galaxy Helios Data Centers II LLC, its project guarantor and the parent-held equity in the issuer. They do not extend to Galaxy Digital's assets generally.
