Компания Strategy Майкла Сэйлора увеличила свои денежные резервы до 3,75 миллиарда долларов, выкупив акции STRC на сумму 25 миллионов долларов. После привлечения 544,5 миллионов долларов на прошлой неделе, денежные резервы Strategy (MSTR) теперь составляют 3,75 миллиарда долларов.

По словам исполнительного председателя Майкла Сэйлора, этих 3,75 миллиарда долларов достаточно для покрытия дивидендов по привилегированным акциям в течение 2,1 года.

Согласно документам, поданным в SEC в понедельник утром, средства были привлечены за счет продажи более 5,4 миллионов обыкновенных акций.

Ethereum Builder Says CLARITY ACT Rumors May Be Potential Catalyst For Next Crypto Market Dump

The next cryptocurrency market dump could be spearheaded by a myriad of factors across the crypto market as well as the broader global finance market. While it remains unknown what the exact catalyst could be, Crypto market players are already outlining their predictions in an attempt to inform fellow market participants.

In a recent post shared to X, formerly Twitter, a prominent Ethereum builder pointed to the widely discussed and highly anticipated CLARITY ACT as a potential driver of the crypto market's next dip.

Econar, a long-time Ethereum builder and crypto personality, took to X to share that a weak price rally-a fake out-may be witnessed as rumors of CLARITY ACT potentially being passed intensify.

"Crypto is going to do that thing where we barely pump on rumor of something good happening (CLARITY), and then when it doesn't happen, despite the pass not even being properly priced in, we will dump lower than we would have dumped if nothing ever happened."

Econar's position speaks to the market trend of "buying the rumour and selling the news," a pattern in the crypto community often led by increased market hype on a specific product, event or potential development, with no concrete evidence in sight.

In such cases, market players have historically responded to delays and weaker-than-expected performances with profit-taking and disappointment, often resulting in a sell-off.

Russia launched a fresh wave of ballistic missiles and drones across Ukraine early Sunday, striking Kyiv and several other regions in attacks that killed at least six people and injured dozens, according to Ukrainian officials. The renewed bombardment came after President Volodymyr Zelenskiy warned that Russia was likely to intensify its assaults over the weekend.Ukraine’s air force reported that Russian forces fired seven ballistic missiles and 136 drones overnight, targeting multiple areas across the country. In Kyiv, missile strikes triggered a fire on the seventh and eighth floors of a residential apartment building in the city center. Mayor Vitali Klitschko said three people were injured, while emergency service images showed damaged vehicles engulfed in flames.One of the deadliest attacks occurred in the northern city of Chernihiv, where a Russian drone struck a supermarket, killing two people, including a 9-year-old child, and injuring 25 others. Zelenskiy condemned the strike, calling it “deliberate Russian terror” with no military justification.In Kharkiv, a daytime Russian drone attack killed one person and left 16 others requiring medical treatment, according to Mayor Ihor Terekhov. The Bitcoin Policy Institute has joined the U.S. State Department's Freedom Tech Excellence Program as a founding partner.

Bitcoin Policy Institute staff will support temporary State Department assignments focused on digital freedom worldwide.

Palantir, Anduril, and a human-rights foundation joined BPI as founding partners in the new programme.

FTEP covers online expression, privacy tools, digital surveillance, scams, and responsible artificial intelligence governance standards.

The programme will place private-sector specialists inside the department for limited assignments tied to digital freedom and freedom of expression. Palantir Technologies, Anduril Industries and the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation are the other founding partners.

BPI announced its role in a July 24 post on X. It said participating employees would work with State Department experts on online speech, privacy tools, digital surveillance and responsible artificial intelligence governance.

The announcement did not state how many BPI employees will take part, when placements will begin or which offices will receive them.
