Bitcoin ($BTC) and gold continue to move in opposite directions. In this context, JPMorgan has revealed the latest data between $BTC and gold and the sharp divergence between them.

US banking giant JPMorgan stated that $BTC and gold ETFs have seen opposing flows since the US-Iran war.

According to The Block, JPMorgan analysts have noted a significant contrast in Bitcoin and gold ETF flows since the start of the conflict in Iran.

JPMorgan analysts led by Nikolaos Panigirtzoglou stated in their latest report that SPDR Gold Shares (GLD), the largest gold ETF, has experienced outflows equivalent to approximately 2.7% of its holdings since the war. In contrast, BlackRock iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), the largest spot Bitcoin ETF, recorded inflows equivalent to approximately 1.5% of its holdings during the same period.

Analysts noted that this significant divergence stemmed from investors shifting their positions between the two assets.

“We are seeing investors rebalancing their positions between gold and Bitcoin.”

Analysts also added that there are signs that Bitcoin’s volatility is gradually decreasing as institutional investment increases and market liquidity improves.

2026年3月,Circle全球市场负责人Peter Schroeder在X平台发布了一组数据:过去九个月,AI代理之间完成了1.4亿笔支付,累计交易额4300万美元。其中98.6%以USDC结算,平均每笔交易仅0.31美元。更重要的是,拥有购买能力的AI代理数量已超过40万个。

这组数据比任何财报都更能说明问题:AI代理正在从概念走向真实的经济活动。

40万个AI代理,1.4亿笔交易,4300万美元——这是机器之间自主完成的价值交换。没有人工干预,没有银行审批,没有信用卡验证。代码与代码之间,协议与协议之间,完成了过去需要人类签字、对账、清算才能走完的流程。

Circle的股价在过去几个交易日里从60美元上涨到105美元,涨幅达75%。市场将这次上涨解读为对财报的积极反应——Circle2025年第四季度实现营收7.7亿美元,同比增长77%,净利润1.33亿美元。但真正值得关注的不是这些数字本身,而是数字背后的结构性变化:当AI代理成为新的经济主体,整个金融基础设施的逻辑都需要重写。

要理解AI代理需要什么样的金融服务,首先要理解它们的经济活动模式。

德勤在《2026科技、传媒和电信行业预测》报告中指出,若企业与服务提供商能够实现高效的智能体协同调度,全球代理式AI市场规模有望在2030年达到450亿美元。这种多智能体协作模式的基本特征是:一个复杂任务被拆解成多个步骤,由不同专业Agent协作完成,每次调用都伴随着一笔微支付。

以API调用为例。一个AI应用可能需要同时调用多个大语言模型、访问多个数据库、使用多个计算资源。每一次调用,都是0.01美元、0.05美元、0.1美元的累加。这些支付金额极小,但频率极高。Circle的数据显示,过去九个月1.4亿笔交易,平均每笔仅0.31美元——这正是微支付市场的典型特征。

但问题在于,当AI代理持续产生收入——无论是通过为用户提供服务,还是通过参与分布式计算网络——它们的账户里就会沉淀下资金。这些资金不可能永远保持流动状态。任何理性的经济主体都会考虑:闲置资金怎么处理?

这就是AI代理从“支付者”向“资产持有者”转变的逻辑起点。

传统金融体系中,个人和企业会把短期闲置资金存入银行、购买货币基金或短期国债,获取收益。AI代理同样需要这样的能力——不是为了投机,而是为了优化自身的经济模型。账户里始终留着一笔USDC以备支付是必要的,但超出阈值的部分如果只是躺着,就意味着机会成本的损失。如果能将多余资金自动申购一份由短期美国国债支持的代币化基金,需要支付时再自动赎回,那么它的“运营效率”就得到了提升。

更进一步,如果AI代理需要为长期运行储备价值,或者对冲gas费波动带来的成本不确定性,它可能会产生配置不同风险等级资产的需求。这时候,它就不再只是一个“支付者”,而是一个“投资者”——尽管这个投资者是一段代码。

Circle解决的是让AI代理成为“支付者”的问题。而要让它们成为“投资者”,需要另一套基础设施。

二、RWA与AI代理:一场正在发生的“双向奔赴”

Circle过去几年做的事情,可以概括为三层能力的构建。

第一层是稳定币发行与流动性网络。据Circle官方披露,截至2025年底,USDC流通规模达753亿美元,同比增长72%,在稳定币交易量中的份额接近50%。这为AI支付提供了可用的价值载体。

第二层是高效的链上结算网络。2025年8月,Circle发布专为机构级金融服务的Arc链。2026年3月,Circle推出Nanopayments系统,将成千上万笔小额支付在链下聚合后定期打包上链,开发者端的交易成本降至零。测试网已支持Arbitrum、Arc、Avalanche、Base、Ethereum等12条EVM链。在支付协议层面,x402协议允许网站或API在返回请求时直接发出HTTP 402支付请求,让支付直接嵌入互联网请求。

I was having coffee with friends from Stanford the other day, and the topic of Crypto came up.

This kind of conversation is quite typical: VCs, engineers, entrepreneurs, and a few veteran players. A young man suddenly said:

"Crypto is finished now because it was too ruthless in its exploitation of investors."

Many people at the table nodded. Next to me sat a veteran OG who had been in the Crypto world for over a decade; he hadn't said a word.

Hearing this, he smiled, put down his coffee, and said:

"Crypto's downfall actually had little to do with exploiting investors." Everyone was a bit surprised. Because the mainstream narrative now is almost always: project teams were too greedy, exploited too much, and ruined the market.

The veteran OG shook his head and said:

"Exploiting investors has never been the problem; the financial market has been doing that for centuries. The real problem is—the underlying logic was wrong."

He said Crypto had at least a few problems.

The first thing: Many people simply hadn't seriously read Satoshi Nakamoto's white paper.

The veteran OG then told a rather interesting story.  He said he sometimes asks people working on projects, "Have you read the Bitcoin whitepaper?"

Many say they have. But if you follow up with, "What's the most crucial word in it?" most will say:

Decentralization.

He immediately shakes his head, saying, "The word 'decentralization' doesn't even appear in the whitepaper." Someone at the table checks on their phone, and indeed, it's not there.

The old OG continues: The word that actually appears repeatedly in the whitepaper is:

Distributed.

It's mentioned about six times.

And the real problem it aims to solve is summed up in one sentence:

Remove the need for a trusted third party.

Eliminate the need for a third-party trust institution.
