This week, Bitcoin spot ETFs attracted $53 million in a single day, pushing monthly inflows past $1.16 billion—a sharp reversal after four consecutive months of outflows (these funds lost over $6 billion).

ETF inflows signal a shift in investor behavior.

Analysts interpret this shift as a signal that investors are re-entering the market after a prolonged sell-off. As of Saturday, Bitcoin was trading around $70,850, up from its year-to-date lows, with technical indicators pointing to a bullish direction.

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) has climbed from an extreme low of 15 in January to 56, and the Supertrend Indicator has turned bullish on the daily chart.

Prediction markets reflect this improved sentiment. On the Kalshi platform, the probability of Bitcoin reaching $100,000 by January 2027 has risen to 40%—the highest reading since February. Polymarket gives an even higher probability of 50%. To reach this target, Bitcoin needs to rise approximately 35% from its current level.

Adziima noted that this rise in Bitcoin occurred despite the ongoing US-Iran conflict, which continues to fuel global uncertainty, and tensions surrounding the potential closure of the Strait of Hormuz.

This has revealed Bitcoin's role as digital gold.

The analyst stated that Bitcoin is currently at a critical point, adding that there is a potential for a rise above $80,000.
