Saylor said the company acquired 13,927 BTC for approximately $1 billion, at a price of $71,902 per BTC. The purchase was made entirely with proceeds from the sale of STRC, a non-dilutive common stock. STRC is Strategy's Series A variable-rate perpetual preferred stock, which currently pays a variable monthly dividend of 11.5%. Strategy currently owns 780,897 BTC, acquired for $59.02 billion. The company, whose shares trade on the Nasdaq under the ticker MSTR, is the world's largest corporate holder of Bitcoin and the first public company to adopt BTC as its sole treasury reserve asset. At the time of writing, Bitcoin is trading at $71,461. The world's number one cryptocurrency by market cap has risen 0.75% in the past 24 hours and more than 2.5% over the past seven days. In an interview with Bloomberg earlier this year, Saylor predicted that Bitcoin wouldn't have to endure future boom-bust cycles. "Winter isn't coming back. We're past that. Bitcoin isn't going to go to zero; it's going to go to $1 million." The Strategy founder attributed his optimism to the Trump administration's support for cryptocurrencies and the opportunities it has opened up for them.

From a technical perspective, ETH has lost its short-term bullish structure after breaking below its intraday ascending trendline and trading under the 100-hour simple moving average. This signals weakening momentum in the near term.
Currently, Ethereum is trying to stabilize above the $2,175 zone, where buyers are attempting to defend support and prevent further downside.
On the upside, immediate resistance is seen near $2,210, followed by $2,235. The key level to watch remains $2,250 — a decisive break above this zone could reopen bullish momentum and push ETH toward $2,290, and potentially $2,320–$2,350.
However, if ETH fails to hold $2,175, the next downside targets lie at $2,140 and $2,110, with deeper support around $2,060 if selling pressure intensifies.
Overall, Ethereum is currently in a consolidation phase after a sharp pullback, with both bulls and bears waiting for a clear breakout direction. The $2,175 level will likely play a crucial role in determining the next move.
