Bitcoin is showing renewed strength after reclaiming the $70,000 level, a move that has helped stabilize sentiment following weeks of heightened volatility and uncertain market direction. The recovery comes as several structural indicators begin to shift in favor of a more constructive market environment, suggesting that the recent correction may be transitioning into a new phase.

According to analysis from Axel Adler, multiple regime and structural indicators have moved into positive territory simultaneously for the first time in nearly three months. The report highlights the behavior of the Bitcoin Regime Score, an aggregated metric that incorporates several market variables, including taker imbalance, open interest pressure, funding rates, ETF flows, exchange flows, and price trend. The score is normalized on a scale ranging from -100 to +100 to identify shifts in market regimes.

On February 7, the Regime Score dropped to -47, marking the deepest bearish reading recorded over the past year. For comparison, the market bottom in November 2025 reached -37 and required 33 days to recover to neutral territory, while the August low of -35 reversed in only 11 days.

In the current cycle, however, the recovery has occurred in approximately 25 days. As of March 4, the indicator has climbed back to around +0.98, signaling a potential transition away from the recent bearish regime.

Adler further notes that price-based structural signals are now aligning with regime indicators, reinforcing the significance of Bitcoin’s recent recovery above $70,000. In a recent video, Warren laid out why banks aren’t waiting for the Clarity Act to pass before accumulating select altcoins. With Polymarket odds on passage climbing from 56% to 71% in a single week and Trump calling out banks on Truth Social for holding the bill “hostage” – the window is narrowing fast. The Senate Banking Committee is targeting a vote in the second half of March.

The thesis is straightforward: regulatory clarity unlocks institutional mandates. And two themes are driving which coins banks are targeting – stablecoin regulation and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization.

Within the past five months, $XRP has collapsed more than 52% to the current price of $1.36. However, market data shows the current $XRP price position could present a strong risk-to-reward ratio, as the downside fuel that has pushed prices lower over the past few months may be close to exhaustion.

$XRP has recorded five consecutive red monthly candles for the first time in nine years, down 52% within this period, as downward pressure intensifies.

During the downtrend, $XRP filled all its previous wicks, including the one recorded in the Oct. 10 crash.

Market data shows that the downside fuel may now be close to exhaustion if the $XRP market is really in a HTF bullish setup.

As a result, the current position could offer one of the best risk-to-reward setups for investors, but a drop below $1.2 could invalidate it.

The $XRP price would have to reclaim the $1.61 price level and breach its diagonal resistance trendline for the bullish case to strengthen.
