В своем посте на X Сан заявил, что только один человек в компании имеет «одностороннее право замораживать активы любого держателя токенов».

Опираясь на анализ, проведенный ончейн-аналитиком banteg, Сан заявил, что в прошлом году один внешний хранитель владел учетной записью.

Следует отметить, что определенным адресам в контрактах токенов присваиваются роли «хранителей». Эти хранители обладают административными привилегиями, включая возможность вызова функции черного списка.


Кроме того, Сан заявил, что для ареста активов требуется голосование с мультиподписью 3 из 5, то есть предложение должно быть подписано и одобрено как минимум тремя из пяти уполномоченных держателей ключей.

«Каждое предложение, каждый голос, каждое заявление о децентрализованном принятии решений — это показуха», — сказал Сан. «Вся система управления была подорвана изнутри».

Сан требует прозрачности

Он призвал компанию раскрыть личности этих лиц, добавив: «Каждый инвестор имеет право знать, кто обладает властью заморозить его активы».

World Liberty Financial и Сан не сразу ответили на запрос Benzinga о комментарии.
