Bitcoin is currently trading within a defined consolidation range after recovering from recent volatility. The price structure shows higher lows forming on the daily timeframe, indicating that buyers are gradually gaining control while defending key psychological support levels.
From a technical perspective, BTC remains in a compression phase, where volatility is tightening and candlestick bodies are narrowing. This type of setup often precedes a significant breakout move. Traders are closely monitoring the horizontal resistance zone that has capped upward momentum multiple times. A decisive breakout above this level, supported by strong volume expansion, could trigger momentum-driven buying and potentially open the path toward higher liquidity zones.
Volume behavior suggests accumulation rather than distribution. Pullbacks are showing weaker selling pressure compared to previous weeks, while upward moves are accompanied by steady participation. This shift reflects growing confidence among market participants, particularly institutional traders active during major trading sessions.
The Relative Strength Index (RSI) remains neutral to slightly bullish, leaving room for upside expansion before entering overbought territory. Moving averages are beginning to flatten, signaling balance but with an upward bias if support continues to hold.
