Justin Sun Presents Proposals to President Japarov to Advance Kyrgyzstan’s Vision as a Web3, AI Innovation Hub
Bishkek, Kyrgyz Republic – April 20, 2026 –  TRON DAO, the community-governed DAO dedicated to accelerating the decentralization of the internet through blockchain technology and decentralized applications (dApps), today announced that Justin Sun, founder of TRON, has presented a set of proposals to President Sadyr Japarov, fully supporting the President’s strategic vision to transform Kyrgyzstan into a regional hub for the development of virtual assets, AI and Web3 technologies. 

Among the proposals is support for the successful deployment and expansion of KGST, Kyrgyzstan’s national stablecoin, within the TRON ecosystem. The integration will leverage the TRON network to enable high-speed, low-cost cross-border transactions, enhancing the utility and accessibility of KGST.

Additional areas of focus include strategic fintech investments, including the development of a crypto exchange and digital banking services to strengthen Kyrgyzstan’s financial technology sector.

The proposals also outline advanced AI collaborations, such as the joint development of a Sovereign Large Language Model (LLM) with dedicated support for the Kyrgyz language; integration of KGST payments into the B.AI ecosystem; establishment of an AI-crypto sandbox; and the construction of data centers powered by Kyrgyzstan’s abundant hydropower resources.

These initiatives aim to harness Kyrgyzstan’s educated youth, renewable energy advantages, and progressive digital policies to drive economic growth, attract international investment, and foster innovation in blockchain, AI, and fintech.

The debate around DeFi data accuracy has resurfaced after concerns emerged that Aave’s total value locked (TVL) may be artificially boosted by circular borrowing strategies and leveraged looping mechanisms.
However, DefiLlama founder 0xngmi pushed back strongly against these claims, stating that Aave’s TVL is already adjusted to exclude borrowed assets and looping effects in its methodology.
According to him, DefiLlama does not count borrowed funds as part of TVL, meaning that “cycled lending” or repeated collateral reuse does not artificially inflate the reported figures on its dashboards. He also noted that any previously identified duplication issues related to looping strategies, including those linked to protocols like Ethena, have already been addressed and removed from calculations.
The clarification comes amid growing complexity in DeFi strategies, where protocols such as Aave, Ethena, and restaking systems enable users to repeatedly collateralize assets and generate yield through layered borrowing structures. While these mechanisms significantly improve capital efficiency, they have also raised questions about whether TVL still reflects “true” liquidity.
Data shows that Aave’s TVL has grown significantly during recent periods of increased borrowing demand, while protocol revenue has also risen, suggesting that higher activity is not purely a statistical artifact. Ethena, for example, has also seen rapid growth in TVL alongside expanding yield strategies built on synthetic dollar and collateral looping systems.
Despite this growth, Aave’s native token AAVE has remained well below its all-time highs, highlighting a disconnect between on-chain usage and token price performance. Meanwhile, net deposits into the protocol have surpassed tens of billions, reinforcing its role as one of the core liquidity hubs in DeFi.
0xngmi emphasized that while DeFi TVL remains a useful metric, it should be interpreted carefully in the contt of evolving leverage strategies.

Although the price of Bitcoin ($BTC) increases numerically in each cycle, its actual upward momentum and potential are decreasing.

Galaxy Digital research head Alex Thorn argues that the current Bitcoin market cycle is dramatically weaker compared to the previous three cycles.

At this point, Thorn compared the price movements since the Bitcoin halving in April 2024 to the 2012, 2016, and 2020 cycles.

The study concluded that volatility has significantly decreased in the current cycle and the upside potential is lower.

Although Bitcoin reached its all-time high of over $125,000 on October 5, 2025, it only managed to surpass 97% of its 2024 halving price of approximately $63,000. According to the analyst, this indicates that the peak of the cycle so far has been significantly calmer compared to other cycles.

This increase is quite small compared to other cycles. According to historical data, in the 2012 halving cycle, the $BTC price increased by approximately 9,294%, rising to $1,163. In 2016, it approached $19,891 with an increase of approximately 2,950%, and finally, in the 2020 cycle, a gain of approximately 761% was observed.

According to the analyst, the decreasing volatility with each new $BTC halving cycle indicates that traditional market dynamics are changing and that the price is becoming more influenced by factors other than the four-year halving cycle theory.

While bull cycles in Bitcoin are becoming less frequent, Fidelity analysts also note that with decreasing volatility, Bitcoin declines are becoming less severe.
