1. Deposit to system address or without tag

2. Deposit the unlisted coins

The token deposited has not been listed or the token's blockchain is not supported on HTX. Please submit your message here, and one of our specialists will provide you with support.

3. Deposit less than the minimum amount

Each token has its minimum deposit amount requirement. Any deposit less than the minimum requirement will not be credited or refunded. This is except for USDT (smallest deposit amount: 20 USDT) which uses the Omni chain - small-amount deposits that use the blockchain's addresses can be accumulated and credited in batches when the minimum amount required is reached (the number of fiat currencies quick deposit cannot be accumulated).

4. How to deposit token

1. To get your address on HTX: Choose [Balances], then click[Deposit]. Find the target token you want to deposit here and check that you have chosen a chain for it. Then, you can get the address which can be in the form of a QR Code

2. Save or copy it, and provide it to the party who will transfer the tokens to you

3. There will be a transfer id attached to the transaction once the tokens have been transferred.

d. Check your balances and make sure the amount has shown up in your balances.

5. How to select the chain in deposit

1. Some tokens support multi-network deposits and withdrawals. Choose the chain which is both supported by both the inbound platform and the outbound platform. If you select incompatible/different deposit chains, the assets cannot be received and may not be returned. Summary of network/chain selection: HECO refers to the HTX ECO Chain ERC20 refers to the Ethereum network TRC20 refers to the TRON network OMNI refers to the Bitcoin network
2. If the chains used are different, the addresses displayed may be different as well, and the handling fee may also be different.

7. Deposit advice

1. Make sure the token has already been taken on board on HTX - check the full name and the contract address of the token and whether the one used by the outbound and the inbound platform is the same.
2. Choose the right chain for your tokens. A token might have different addresses. Please make sure you use the same address for both the outbound and the inbound platforms.
3. Be mindful not to miss the tag/memo if the token has one - both the tag and deposit address should be filled in correctly for depositing tagged tokens.
4. Each token has its minimum deposit amount requirement - any deposits less than the minimum requirement will not be credited or refunded. This is except for USDT (smallest deposit amount: 20 USDT) which uses the Omni chain - small-amount deposits that use the blockchain's addresses can be accumulated and credited in batches when the minimum amount required is reached (the number of fiat currencies quick deposit cannot be accumulated).
5. Please check the number of confirmations required for the deposit to complete and also that for withdrawal - transferring tokens across two different platforms requires confirmations of the entire network, not just a number of confirmations - you can view the description on your deposit page. You may conduct crypto-to-crypto trading when you receive the deposit.

8. Notice as "deposit has not reached the withdrawal confirmation limit"

Deposit requires confirmations of the entire network. Withdrawal and transfer is not available until it arrives enough confirmations, and you can check the confirmations limit on the deposit page.
