Yorkville America Equities submitted registration documents to the SEC on Friday for two cryptocurrency exchange-traded funds under the Truth Social brand. The filings include a Truth Social Bitcoin and Ether ETF alongside a Truth Social Cronos Yield Maximizer ETF that would generate returns through staking rewards.
The Bitcoin and Ethereum fund would provide exposure to the two largest cryptocurrencies by market capitalization, with an expected 60-40 split favoring Bitcoin. The structure aims to track performance of both assets while offering staking rewards from the Ethereum position to fund holders.
Crypto(dot)com will serve as digital asset custodian, liquidity provider, and staking services administrator for both products if approved. Foris Capital US LLC, the SEC-registered broker-dealer affiliated with Crypto(dot)com, would handle distribution responsibilities.

Crypto(dot)com co-founder and CEO Kris Marszalek said the company is pleased to provide custody, liquidity, and staking services for the Truth Social Funds ETFs. He described the digital asset products as having strong value propositions that Crypto(dot)com supports.

The European Central Bank (ECB) has reportedly endorsed the European Union’s (EU) plan to shift oversight of key financial markets, including crypto, from national authorities to a centralized supervisory authority.

On Friday, the European Central Bank backed the EU’s proposal to integrate the bloc’s capital market through a centralized entity, seeking to boost the region’s competitiveness and harmonize regulation, Reuters reported.

The financial regulator expressed its full support for enhanced EU-level oversight of systemically important, cross-border financial market participants, including major trading platforms, central counterparties, central securities depositories, and crypto asset service providers (CASPs).

“The ECB fully supports the ‌Commission ⁠proposals, which constitute an ambitious step towards deeper integration of capital markets and financial market supervision within the Union,” it said in an opinion. It’s worth noting that the opinion is required by the Commission’s legislative process, but is not binding for lawmakers.

The plan, led by France and Germany, was initially suggested during the development of the Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation (MiCA). It proposes transferring the power to authorize new businesses and supervise all crypto asset service providers to the bloc’s market watchdog, the European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA).

In October, ESMA’s Chair, Verena Ross, disclosed that the EU’s executive branch was in the process of formulating regulations to grant enhanced authority to the regional regulatory authority and push for a “more integrated and globally competitive” capital market within Europe.

She argued that nation-level regulation takes significant effort to build up specific new resources and expertise 27 times in different national supervisors

Bitcoin Cash Price Drops 0.93% Amid Market Consolidation


Despite a bullish sentiment in the crypto market, the Bitcoin Cash price is struggling to break a long consolidation zone. On April 11, the Bitcoin Cash price witnessed a marginal drop of around 0.93%.

At present, the Bitcoin Cash ($BCH) price is trading at around $439.11 with a market capitalization of around $8.79 billion, according to CoinMarketCap. The daily trading volume also plunged by around 19% and currently revolves around $161.49 million.

Bitcoin Cash ($BCH) Price Struggles to Break Consolidation Zone

According to experts, $BCH is currently facing a major consolidation zone under the Value Area low (VAL) volume at $444. If the price breaks above this level and manages to hold that position, that could spark an upward momentum in the cryptocurrency. The next target for Bitcoin Cash would be the highest volume level, which revolves around $467.60.

The rally in Bitcoin followed President Donald Trump’s announcement of a two-week ceasefire agreement between the United States and Iran, which eased geopolitical tensions and boosted investor confidence in risk assets across global markets.



According to experts, Bitcoin Cash failed to keep pace with the overall crypto market gains, including Bitcoin, because it experienced profit-taking among holders after a period of consolidation around major technical levels. The price movement comes after a short-term corrective phase within a longer downtrend that has seen Bitcoin cash decline 21% year to date. Traders observed the token reversing from a support zone between $422.80 and $431.50 before facing resistance around $439.

This pattern shows that sellers remained active despite the positive macro environment sparked by the ceasefire news.

Money Is Rotating Back Into Bitcoin, On-Chain Data Shows
Bitcoin's realized cap recovered from -$28.7 billion to -$3 billion as capital exits stablecoins.

The rotation began as geopolitical uncertainty from the Iran conflict peaked.

Futures speculators are net long, mirroring a setup that preceded the 2023 breakout.

Bitcoin (BTC) is showing early signs of a liquidity rotation, with on-chain metrics and futures positioning both pointing to a gradual shift in investor behavior.

The move comes as BTC’s price has seen a modest recovery amid the conflict between the US, Israel, and Iran.
In a post on X (formerly Twitter), analyst Darkfost noted that at the end of February, Bitcoin’s realized cap hit an extreme low of -$28.7 billion. At the same time, stablecoin market capitalization grew to over $6 billion.

This reflected defensive positioning by investors looking to preserve capital without fully exiting the market. According to the analyst,

“This marked the first time such a rotation had been observed since the previous bear market. At that stage, this configuration signaled a clear intention from investors to protect their capital.”

The Tron crypto community has reportedly passed Proposal 106, which will facilitate some structural changes. According to the official Tron DAO page, the proposal will enable modifications to the SELFDESTRUCT opcode.

In simpler terms, the proposal will enable changes to the Tron Crypto network’s smart contract operations. For example, Tron DAO noted that “contracts will be deleted if they are executed within the same transaction where they were created.

The changes will also make audits easier since the data will not be deleted. The third change will be a shift in energy costs from 0 to 5000 units in smart contract computation. A shift that could boost organic demand for TRX crypto.

Justin Sun’s WLFI position is down by more than $80 million, according to Bubblemaps data.

World Liberty used WLFI as collateral to borrow tens of millions of dollars in stablecoins on Thursday.
Justin Sun, founder of the Tron blockchain, saw his frozen holdings of World Liberty Financial's WLFI token shed over $11 million in value on Friday as the Trump-backed project moved to dismiss concerns over its recent borrowing activity.

WLFI fell 15% over the past 24 hours, according to The Block’s price page, marking a decline of more than 74% since the token first became tradeable last year.

Sun initially invested $30 million into World Liberty Financial in late 2024, before the token's trading debut the following year. He later accumulated a position in WLFI tokens worth roughly $75 million alongside a $100 million commitment to Donald Trump's TRUMP memecoin.

World Liberty blacklisted the wallet linked to Sun last year after it moved roughly $9 million in WLFI, effectively freezing the tokens and preventing transfers or sales.

Blockchain analytics platform Bubblemaps estimates Sun's frozen WLFI holdings of roughly 545 million tokens are now worth about $45 million, and said on X that the position is down over $80 million from earlier valuations.
