ADA Bullish Prediction: Can Cardano Repeat Its Historic 240% RallyAside from a few impressive but relatively brief upticks during the late 2024/early 2025 rally, Cardano’s native token has mostly underperformed in the last cycle.

While many other large-cap altcoins, alongside the market leader, managed to break their previous all-time highs last year, $ADA remained far from such a feat. Its subsequent decline was also quite painful, as it now trades over 90% below its record price seen in 2021. It’s also out of the top 10 alts by market cap, slipping to the 15th spot on CoinGecko.

However, popular analyst Ali Martinez noted that it has maintained a key level that has historically led to impressive price rallies, including one of triple digits.

$ADA to Bouce by 240%?
The support level in question is at $0.25, according to the analyst. In early 2023, $ADA managed to rebound swiftly from it after the major correction at the time, and jumped by 85% in a relatively short period of time. Although that’s an impressive feat, the September 2023 rally of 243% was even more profound after a successful bounce from that line.

Martinez noted that the asset stands firm above that level now, currently trading $0.27 after it was rejected at $0.30 earlier this week. His short-term target is set at $0.36, while the secondary, more macro target, is all the way up to $0.53. It’s worth noting that $ADA hasn’t seen such high levels in over half a year.

$0.25 is a critical support level for Cardano!

FTX co-founder Sam Bankman-Fried (SBF) was dragged into the headlines after Zhang Rongxuan, a former captain in Singapore's Naval Diving Unit, has been sentenced to six years and 10 months in prison for stealing crypto from a known associate.

The 35-year-old Zhang allegedly stole 1.7 million Tether ($USDT) from a friend's cold wallet after sneaking into the victim's apartment and photographing the device's seed phrase. According to the accused, he needed the funds because of the heavy losses he took when FTX collapsed.

Did Bitcoin ETFs drive BTC’s price? 
On the price front, the trend diverged from ETF performance. Instead of moving in line with inflows, Bitcoin’s price took the opposite path. On the 1st of May, when BTC ETFs recorded inflows, the asset was trading near $76,000. 

Thereafter, on the 6th of May, when the BTC ETF saw very little inflow, the price of BTC increased to about $82,000. Additionally, despite the BTC ETF recording outflows on the 7th and 8th of May, the price action was changing hands around $80K. 

Thus, examining the pattern shows that ETF flows drove the price spike rather than lagging it. 

How did institutional and retail participation push Bitcoin?
Notably, Bitcoin’s exchange netflow analysis, according to CryptoQuant, showed minimal yet consistent outflows.These withdrawals reduced the available BTC supply, signaling a bullish structure even as ETF flows remained erratic. As a result, Bitcoin’s price continued to rise and hold steady despite periods of ETF outflows.

Additionally, the rise in Active Addresses also confirmed that the market structure was strong.Simply put, institutions triggered Bitcoin’s price move, retail investors helped sustain it, and exchange outflows strengthened the rally by reducing sell pressure. 

Final Summary
Bitcoin ETFs started strong in May, but by the end of the first week, inflows changed to outflows.
The Exchange Netflow and Active Addresses pushed the BTC price from $76k to $82k, indicating a bullish momentum in the market.

Capital rotation deepens beyond Bitcoin leadership



As BTC.D gradually lost momentum, liquidity started flowing deeper into the broader altcoin market.

Adding to this, AMBCrypto had earlier reported on falling Tether [USDT] and BTC. D further reinforced this shift, signaling capital was rotating into altcoins instead of remaining concentrated in defensive assets.
