This was merely an incidental impact and not a sanction against the Zama Protocol. Zama's legal team has intervened, is in the process of isolating the flagged address, and will soon restore access for all unaffected participants.

Ripple said to lead $1 billion XRP treasury raise: Report
Ripple Labs is reportedly leading an effort to raise at least $1 billion for a new public-market vehicle that would accumulate $XRP, per Bloomberg, testing whether the digital asset treasury trade still works beyond bitcoin.
The raise would be done through a special purpose acquisition company, the report citied to people familiar with the matter. The funds would sit inside a new $XRP-focused digital asset treasury, and Ripple is expected to contribute some of its own $XRP to the vehicle.Terms are still under discussion and could change. Ripple did not immediately respond to CoinDesk's requests for comment or confirmation.
If completed, the deal would be the largest known $XRP treasury vehicle to date. $XRP is the world’s fifth-largest token, with a market value of about $138 billion. It has gained 13% this year, compared with a 16% rise in bitcoin.Digital asset treasury companies became one of crypto’s biggest stock-market trades in 2025, as listed firms used SPACs, reverse mergers and equity issuance to buy tokens. The model worked while crypto prices rose and investors paid premiums for balance-sheet exposure.

$XRP utility continued to grow in the first quarter of 2026 as institutional adoption of the $XRP Ledger (XRPL) increased.
According to a new report from Messari, growth came from tokenized real-world assets (RWAs), stablecoins, and decentralized finance applications.
The report showed that $XRP usage within the XRPL ecosystem continued to rise.
Average daily transactions increased 35.3% quarter-over-quarter to 2.48 million.
At the same time, U.S. spot $XRP ETFs expanded their holdings to 775.4 million
$XRP. That represents about 1.26% of $XRP's circulating supply.
$XRP utility grew in Q1 as daily XRPL transactions jumped 35.3% to 2.48 million and ETF holdings reached 775M $XRP.
XRPL's tokenized real-world asset market surged 124% to $2.25 billion, ranking fourth among blockchain networks.
Ripple's $RLUSD stablecoin expanded 45% to $340.3 million, becoming the largest stablecoin on XRPL.

Long-term holder supply has climbed to a record 15.8 million BTC, which analysts read as a bearish signal.

BTC have steadily reduced their balances over the past year, according to a fresh report from analytics firm CryptoQuant carried by Decrypt. The decline runs alongside slowing accumulation among

CryptoQuant said the one-year change in whale balances remains negative, a distribution pattern that directly mirrors the 2022 bear market, when year-over-year whale growth first stalled then turned negative.
Back then, Bitcoin slid from a March high of $47,450 to a November low of $15,742, a drop of nearly 67%. The current decline from October's all-time high of $126,080 sits at about 42%, leaving room for further weakness if the parallel holds.

Bearish Signal From Holders
Both whales and dolphins have stalled on a monthly basis, the firm noted, and warned that simultaneous inaction across the two
groups tends to precede sustained price weakness.
Long-term holder supply has reached a record 15.8 million BTC. The firm framed the milestone as bearish rather than bullish, arguing it reflects an absence of fresh buyers rather than conviction from existing holders.
Short-term demand, the firm added, is too thin to absorb selling from older wallets.
Bitcoin was changing hands near $73,536 on Thursday, down 1.7% on the day and close to 5% on the week.
