1. What Is RedStone?

RedStone is a modular blockchain oracle network that delivers price feeds and diverse data suites to DeFi, lending, derivatives, yield-bearing assets, and institution-grade applications. Its architecture modularizes data ingestion, cryptographic signing, transport, and on-chain verification, empowering decentralized applications (dApps) to select the optimal delivery mechanism balancing cost, latency, security, and update frequency. RedStone currently supports over 110 blockchains, servicing numerous leading DeFi protocols and institutional clients, with its scale of operations continuously expanding alongside ecosystem growth.

2. How Does RedStone Work?

RedStone collects information from exchanges, market makers, and other data sources. This data is cryptographically signed and compiled by independent nodes before being delivered to blockchain applications. In Pull mode, transactions carry signed data that is verified on-chain. In Push mode, on-chain data is updated at predefined intervals. X mode serves applications requiring customizability, low latency, or cross-chain capabilities. RedStone Bolt further caters to high-frequency, low-latency price update use cases. The native utility token, RED, is utilized for staking to provide economic security for the RedStone oracle network and to incentivize data providers and other ecosystem participants.

3. Who Founded RedStone?

RedStone was launched in 2021 under the Arweave incubation program. The current official team profile lists Jakub Wojciechowski as Founder, alongside Marcin Kazmierczak and Alex Suvorov as Co-Founders. Public event records indicate Jakub and Marcin serve as CEO and COO, respectively. The project completed a $7 million Seed round in 2022 led by Lemniscap, and subsequently secured a $15 million Series A round in July 2024 led by Arrington Capital.

4. RedStone Tokenomics

The maximum supply of the RED token is capped at 1 billion, with an initial circulating supply at TGE (Token Generation Event) of 280 million tokens (28%). The remaining supply is set to enter circulation over a four-year vesting schedule. The allocation structure is designated as follows: Early Supporters 31.7%, Ecosystem & Data Providers 24.3%, Core Contributors 20%, Community & Genesis Allocation 10%, Protocol Development 10%, and Binance Launchpool 4%. RED tokens can be staked to bolster the economic security of the oracle network and are used to reward and incentivize active ecosystem participants.

5. Timeline of Key Milestones

2021: RedStone is launched under the Arweave incubation program.

2022: Completes a $7 million Seed funding round.

July 2024: Completes a $15 million Series A funding round.

March 2025: The RED token officially launches.

April 2025: RedStone introduces its low-latency oracle product, Bolt, with an initial deployment on the MegaETH testnet.

2025–2026: The project continues to expand its supported networks, data feeds, and institutional-grade services.
