​​I. Proj​​ect Introduction​​

WeStarter is a cross-chain token initial swap platform which is developed based on the HECO network on February 23rd, 2021. It supports the initial exchange of project assets in ETH, HECO, BSC, and other networks. In the longer-term plan, Avalanche, Polka, or other public chains are also in the scope of the investigation, basically meeting the demands of IWO for all the public chain assets in the market, as well as the investment demands for diverse public chain users. Up to now, the total volume of WeS​tarter IWO has exceeded 1 billion dollars, 15 quality projects launched, a total of 27 IWO pools launched, and a total number of 13,200 participating addresses.

2.1 Token Basic Information
a) Token symbol: WAR
b) Total token amount: 100,000,000 WAR
c) Price of tokens for early investors: 0.125U
d) TGE date: April 2021

2.2 Token Distribution and Release Schedule 

Category Share of Total Supply Release schedule 
Mining 65% 

It is distributed to community users through mining, voting, pledge, etc., 

and the mine is deployed with multiple chains.
Public exchange  2%  0.92% IDO, 1.02% to be allocated. 
Foundation  20% 

Foundation, core development team, etc. After 3 months of initial 

circulation, the tokens will be unlocked in 36 months. 
Marketing 3%

Used for market and operational activities, 

including but not limited to airdrops and other forms. 
Strategic investment  10%

1st round of strategic investment: 15% of the tokens will be unlocked at the initial circulation,

 and the remaining 85% will be unlocked

on a quarterly basis (every 3 months). A total of four unlocks have been completed.

 2nd round of strategic investment: 

20% will be unlocked at the initial circulation of tokens,

and the remaining 80% will be unlocked quarterly (every 3 months). 

A total of four unlocks have been completed.
