HTX to Support the Sei Network(SEI) and Agoric(BLD) Network Upgrades

Dear HTX Users,
HTX will support the Sei Network(SEI) and Agoric(BLD) Network Upgrades with the following plan:
HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for SEI at 12:00:00 (UTC) on November 21, 2023;
HTX will suspend the deposit and withdrawal services for BLD at 13:00:00 (UTC) on November 21, 2023;
You may deposit SEI and BLD in advance. We will handle all technical requirements involved for all users.
Please note:
● The Sei Network(SEI) Network Upgrade will take place at 14:58:51 (UTC) on November 21, 2023 ; The Agoric(BLD) Network Upgrade will take place at 15:24:34 (UTC) on November 21, 2023;
● The trading of SEI and BLD will not be affected during the network upgrades.
● The network upgrades will not result in creation of new tokens.
● HTX will resume deposit and withdrawal for SEI and BLD once we deem the upgraded network to be stable, which will not be further announced.
