3. Event rewards:
The event will have two leaderboards - one for OTC advertisers ranked by transaction volume and another for OTC advertisers ranked by the number of transactions they make.

Note: The rewards mentioned above are commissions for OTC advertisers on the transaction fees paid by new users registered during the event period.
Event rules:
1. Event period: 16:00 on Apr 6, 2023 - 15:59 on May 6, 2023 (UTC)
2. Eligibility: HTX OTC advertisers
3. Rewards requirement: Qualified OTC advertisers will get commissions on the transaction fees paid by new users registered during the event period.
4. Reward period: May 13, 2023 - November 13, 2023 (6 months)
5. The additional commission per month will be distributed by the 7th day of the following month.
6. HTX reserves the right to disqualify and revoke rewards from any participants who engage in fraudulent behavior during the event.
7, In accordance with legal and regulatory requirements, users in certain jurisdictions or regions may be unable to access or be restricted from participating in the event. 8, HTX reserves the right at its sole discretion to amend and/or change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to canceling, extending, terminating, or suspending this promotion, the eligibility terms and criteria, the selection and number of winners, and the timing of any action to be done. All participants shall be bound by these amendments.
