Event I: Hold TRX/TUSD/NFT to win BAYCTron NFT

Period: 16:00:00 (UTC) on Jan 1, 2022 - 15:59:59 (UTC) on Jan 8, 2022 

Rules:

• During the event, users whose average daily holdings of TRX, TUSD and NFT combined ≥ 3,000 USDT can participate in the BAYCTron NFT campaign.
• After the event ends, 100 lucky users will be chosen from all eligible users to win a BAYCTRON NFT worth 2,500 TRX. The digits of hash value of the last ETH block before 16:00:00 (UTC) on Jan 9 (including that moment), 2022 will be taken as the winning ticket numbers, and running the rule to the next and so forth during the event. • Holdings in sub-accounts will all be credited to the respective parent accounts for the final calculation.
• Prize winners will be noticed via email/text within 7 days after the event ends.
• NFT rewards will be distributed in 15 days after the submission of users' TRC20 wallet addresses.
• The deadline for users to upload their TRC 20 wallet address is 12:00 (UTC) on Jan 20, 2022.
• Users who fail to provide their TRC20 wallet address or who cannot be reached by their contact information will be deemed to have forfeited their rewards.

Event II: Trade TRX to Win BAYCTRON NFT

Period: 16:00:00 (UTC) on Jan 1, 2022- 15:59:59 (UTC) on Jan 15, 2022

Rules:

• During the event, users who trade TRX on HTX platform will be ranked according to their TRX spot trading volumes (buys-sells, excluding self-trading). The TRX traders can share a BAYCTron NFT prize pool worth 3.1 million TRX.

• Value of rewarded NFT (in TRX) = 1% of each user's TRX trading volumes ≤ The maximum rewards 
• Prize winners will be notified via email/text within seven days after the campaign ends. 
• NFT rewards will be distributed in 15 days after the submission of users' TRC20 wallet addresses. 
• The deadline for users to upload their TRC 20 wallet address is 12:00 (UTC) on Jan 25, 2022. 

Terms & Conditions:

• Users are required to complete ID verification before the event ends.
• Market makers are not allowed to participate in this event. 
• Trading volumes in sub-accounts will all be credited to the respective parent accounts for the final calculation. 
• Users from the following countries or regions will not be permitted to participate in this event: Mainland China, the United States of America, Canada, Japan, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela and Crimea. 
• HTX reserves the right of final interpretation for all aspects of the above events as well as the right to disqualify any participant showing signs of fraudulent behavior.
