1. Verify the Official Channel
On the HTX official website, scroll to the bottom and locate the [Media Verifier]. Enter the information you wish to verify and confirm its authenticity. Alternatively, click here for direct verification.
2. Suspected Account Theft or Hacking
In the event of suspected account theft, hacking, or other unauthorized access, contact HTX customer service immediately for assistance.
1) If your account does not hold assets, please provide the following information to HTX customer service.
- Confirm if you shared your account password, verification codes, or any sensitive information with others.
- Confirm if you clicked on links sent by strangers or scanned unfamiliar QR codes. If so, provide the corresponding links, QR codes, screenshots of communication records, and any relevant information.
- Verify if the linked API was set up by you. If not, remove it promptly (ignore it if no API is linked).
- Change your login password and enable Google Authentication (GA) without delay.
1) If your account holds assets, please provide the following information to HTX customer service:
- If you need to freeze your account, you need to provide a photo of yourself holding your ID. If a hand-held photo is temporarily unavailable, provide your account's verified name and ID number for initial assistance, followed by a hand-held photo as soon as possible.
- Verify if the linked API was set up by you. If not, contact HTX customer service to disable it. You can remove the API yourself after your account is secured and unfrozen.
- Confirm if you shared your account password, verification codes, or any sensitive information with others.
- Confirm if you clicked on links sent by strangers or scanned unfamiliar QR codes. If so, provide the corresponding links, QR codes, screenshots of communication records, and any relevant information.
3. Suspected Fraud
If you suspect you're being scammed or have been a victim of fraud, immediately contact HTX customer service to report the incident. HTX will make every effort to assist you in promptly mitigating your losses.
