Terms and Conditions
- Only users invited through email, push notification, in-app message, splash screen or banner and their invitees are eligible for this event.
- Spot trading volumes will be counted, excluding trades made using spot trading fee rebate vouchers, as well as trades with zero or negative fees.
- For Benefit 2, spot trading fee rebates will be calculated based on the actual trading fees paid by the inviter after deducting all applicable fee discounts, vouchers and referral bonuses.
- Reward Distribution
- Rewards from Benefit 1: The 66 USDT Welcome Bonus and Prime 5 trial fee rate privilege will be issued immediately after the invitee completes the required tasks. However, invitees must manually claim these rewards via Rewards Hub → Limited-Time Rewards. Referral bonus for inviters will be automatically distributed to My Rewards after the invitee completes the required tasks. Please claim your rewards during the event period. Unclaimed rewards will not be reissued after expiration. All rewards are subject to validity periods and will expire if not used before the deadline.
- Rewards from Benefit 2: Spot trading fee rebates will be distributed in USDT to users' asset accounts within 14 working days after the event ends.
- If you have not received your rewards after the distribution period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
- Inviters or invitees who fail to pass HTX's review will not be eligible for rewards.
- Participants cannot win rewards from both this event and other promotions of the same kind. If you qualify for multiple rewards, you will receive the highest reward applicable to you.
- Market makers can not participate in this event. Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
- If inviters or invitees trigger the platform’s risk management rules due to abnormal activities, including but not limited to abnormal registrations, multiple accounts under the same device, or batch account registrations, they will be ineligible to receive their rewards.
- Participants who are found to be involved in any fraudulent behaviors, including but not limited to money laundering, manipulation of multiple accounts, and self-trading, will be disqualified. HTX reserves the right to freeze the cheating accounts, confiscate any gains from the fraudulent behaviors, and impose other penalties as necessary.
