• Please note

1. The total deposit pool for this event is capped at 108 million USDT, with deposits accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The event will end when the deposit cap is reached.
2. The total interest rate increase prize pool of PrimeEarn is 1 million USDT, BTC and HUSD are not eligible for the interest rate boost reward, but will be counted as part of the accumulated deposit amount of the event.
3. Description of the teaming rules in "Benefit 1"

• How to team up: Click to join the team
• Deadline forteam up: May 10 at 8:00 (UTC), which is 3 hours before the PrimeEarn 14th product launches.
• HTX will announce the leaders’ UIDs of the top three ranking teams after the cap is reached, and each team member of the top three teams will receive boosted APY rewards. Please pay close attention to the results announcement.
• Team members (including captains) with less than 3 valid user UIDs or more than 5 user UIDs will be considered invalid, and the platform will consider them as individual deposit users in "Benefit 2" according to their subscription status.
• If there is a duplicate UID in the team, the platform will calculate the interest according to the group with the highest total deposit amount.

4. For "Benefit 2", the amount eligible for the boosted APY is capped at 1 million USDT, and the price will be calculated according to the market price at 16:00 (UTC) on May 10.

      5. When a user participates in "Benefit 1" and "Benefit 2" at the same time, we will give the highest boosted interest rate reward, and the boosted rate reward cannot be superimposed.

      6. Boosted interests and original earnings will be credited to your HTX Earn account after the lock-up period ends. The boosted APY will not be reflected in the PrimeEarn product.
