Event 4 | Referral Rewards: Invite Friends and Receive Exclusive HTX Merchandise for Free

During the event, each friend who registers through your exclusive referral link and reaches a cumulative spot trading volume of at least 100 USDT or a cumulative futures trading volume of at least 1,000 USDT will count as one valid referral.

*Each user may receive a reward from only one tier, and rewards cannot be combined. After the event ends, rewards will be distributed based on the final number of valid referrals and the corresponding eligibility. Only one Huobao plush or suitcase grand prize is available. The winner will be determined by the time their 10th valid referral meets the requirement, subject to final review.

 

Terms and Conditions:

• Users must click Register Now to participate. Only data generated after registration will count toward the event.
• Sub-accounts cannot participate separately. Deposits and trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted toward the corresponding main account.
• Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event.
• Net deposit = external deposits made during the event - external withdrawals made during the event. Internal transfers and transfers between main accounts and sub-accounts will not be counted.
• Only spot trading volume that incurs actual trading fees will count. Trades with zero or negative fees, or trades using trading fee rebate vouchers or trial bonuses, will not count as valid trading volume.
• Token rewards will be distributed in the equivalent value of $HTX tokens. The actual amount credited shall prevail.
• Before physical rewards are distributed, HTX will verify that the qualifying funds remain in the winners' accounts. Winners must keep the net deposit amount required for the applicable tier in their HTX accounts. After verification, HTX Customer Support or the winner's dedicated account manager will contact them to arrange reward delivery. Winners must provide complete shipping information within 14 calendar days; otherwise, the reward will be deemed forfeited.
• Physical rewards will be shipped based on the winner's country or region. Due to shipping coverage and delivery costs, users in certain countries or regions may need to pay additional shipping fees. Actual arrangements will depend on the delivery location.
• HTX will strictly review any suspected fraudulent activity during the event, including malicious volume inflation, bulk registration of fake accounts, self-trading, and matched trading, and may disqualify participants depending on the circumstances.
