I. Spot Trading Challenge | Share a $150,000 Prize Pool
To participate in the Spot Trading Challenge, users must register via the designated event page. Only valid trading volume accumulated after successful registration will count toward the rewards. Trading volume generated before registration or without registration will be considered invalid.

Activity 1: Rewards for New Spot Traders
Newly registered users and users with no prior spot trading history who complete their first spot trade of ≥ 100 USDT will receive $3 in $HTX. The prize pool is set at $10,000 in $HTX and will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the time of task completion.
(*Reward Requirement: Before claiming the reward, your spot account must maintain a minimum asset balance of 100 USDT.)
Activity 2: Trading Volume Boosts for New & Returning Users
Eligible new and returning users will receive a trading volume boost for the leaderboard. Rankings and reward distributions will be calculated based on the boosted trading volume.
- New Users (3× Boost): Users who complete their first spot trade during the event period.
- Returning Users (2× Boost): Users with prior spot trading history who did not make any spot trades during the 30 days before the event begins.
(*Trading volume boosts are applied solely for leaderboard rankings and reward calculations and do not alter users' actual trading volume.)
Activity 3: Spot Trading Volume Leaderboard
Registered users who reach a cumulative spot trading volume of ≥ 1,000 USDT will be ranked by individual trading volume and share a $140,000 in $HTX prize pool.

Reward Details:
- Rewards will be distributed in $HTX and will be available for claiming after the reward review period ends.
- Winners must manually claim their rewards on the event page within 30 calendar days after claiming opens. Unclaimed rewards will be forfeited and will not be reissued.

Reward Details:
- Rewards at each tier are distributed on a first-come, first-served basis according to trade completion time. Slots are limited and available while supplies last.
- If a user qualifies for multiple reward tiers, only the highest tier achieved will apply. Rewards are not cumulative.
Terms and Conditions:
- Users need to click Register Now to participate in the event.
- Sub-accounts can not be used to participate in this event. Trading volume from sub-accounts will be counted towards their main accounts.
- Market makers are not eligible to participate in this event;
- Only spot trading volume with trading fees paid is counted towards this event. Trades with zero trading fees, negative fee rates, spot trading fee rebate vouchers, or trial bonuses are not included in the volume calculation for the event.
- Apple prizes will be distributed in the form of equivalent $HTX tokens. The reward amount is subject to the actual amount credited to the winners' accounts.
- Rewards will be credited to winners' HTX accounts within 14 working days after the end of the events. If winners have not received their rewards after the specific period, please contact our 24/7 online Customer Support or email htxsupport@htx-inc.com for assistance.
- HTX will strictly review and disqualify any participants who show any signs of fraudulent behaviors, such as malicious inflation of trading volume, bulk registration of fake accounts, wash trading, and order matching.
- This event strictly adheres to compliance policies. Users from restricted countries and regions (determined by account IP location or KYC verification status) are ineligible to participate in this event or claim any rewards.
