To improve service quality and optimize system performance, HTX will conduct a phased upgrade and migration of the Futures Copy Trading system, starting on May 13, 2026, at 02:30 (UTC). This upgrade is designed to enhance system stability and processing efficiency, providing a more robust and reliable trading environment for our users.

The migration will be carried out in phases and completed automatically by the system. No action is required from users. Please see the details below:

I. Migration Process for Lead Traders

1. The system will automatically select eligible users in batches for migration and upgrade to the new system. Eligibility: No open positions and no open orders in their lead trading account.
2. After migration, users must update their app to the latest version (v11.20.0 or above) to continue lead trading. On the website, the new system is accessible without version restrictions.

II. Migration Process for Followers

1. The system will automatically select eligible users in batches for migration and upgrade to the new system. Eligibility: No open positions and no open orders in their copy trading account. Each copy trading relationship (following one lead trader) is treated as an independent account and will be migrated separately.
2. After migration, users must update their app to the latest version to access new system features (such as setting leverage separately for long and short positions in isolated margin mode). On the website, the new system is accessible without version restrictions.

III. Supplementary Notes

•  Migration for API users will begin in a later phase, and a separate announcement will be issued at that time.
• After migration, newly created sub-accounts will not immediately be included in the new trading system. These will be migrated during the full-scale migration phase, which will be announced separately.
• Throughout the upgrade and migration process, asset security remains fully protected, and the transition will be seamless.
• The overall completion timeline of this upgrade is yet to be determined. Further updates and migration plans will be announced.
