Event Rules:

Participate in PrimeBox, collect cards to generate Pumpkin Lanterns, and win a share of our prize pool!

1. Complete the tasks on the event page to collect cards. Alternatively, you can also win cards by taking part in“Challenge Tasks”, “NewListing”, “Trading Bot”, “HTX Earn”, “Dual Investment”, “HTX NFT”, “HTX Live”, “HTX Community” or “HTX Futures Trading Contest” events. Cards are divided into five types: Vampire, Spirit, Witch, Zombie, and Skeleton. The cards can be gifted to a friend via a link or their UID/DID. You can also exchange or swap your cards with others in HTX group chats. To collect a card received via a link, the recipient needs to download HTX app and activate the card via the shared link received.

2. With all five cards, you can generate a Pumpkin Lantern to stand to win Pumpkin badges, Halloween Pumpkie NFTs, cashback vouchers, PrimeList Sure-win coupons, Candydrop Sure-win coupons, and Prime trial membership. 。

3. The daily Top 10 participants who generate the most Pumpkin Lanterns will receive an additional prize. The daily Top 1 participants will receive a =Qatar Football World Championship 2022 ticket each.

• Individual's Pumpkin Lantern share of the prize pool = Individual’s number of Pumpkin Lantern created on the day / Total number of Pumpkin Lantern created by all participating users on the day * 100%

• Individual's rewards = Individual's Pumpkin Lantern share of prize pool * Daily PrimeBox prize pool

• Calculation cycle: 12:00:00 (UTC) on Day T to 11:59:59 (UTC) on Day T+1

3. Collect "Candy" to win random PrimeBox cards! During the event period, "Candy" can be found on the event page or at the back of the cards. Collect "Candy" by tapping on it. Every 10 candies can be exchanged for one random PrimeBox card.

4. Redeem PrimeBox cards with Crystals! Every 10 crystals can be redeemed for 1 PrimeBox card.

5. Create your DID to win a Halloween Pumpkie NFT. Users can generate their Decentralized ID (DID) on the event page to win a Halloween Pumpkie NFT. The NFT can be used as your avatar on HTX. • Holders of any of the following 12 NFT collections are entitled to additional privileges: Prime Voyager, Women With Crypto, Hanazawa Kana, Easter Bunny, Holy Crab, Ula, Pizza Day, CUBE Carnival, Football Genie, Magic ETH, Moon Mission, and Halloween Pumpkie. Using the NFT as your avatar, you can earn extra cards every day, the quantity of which is based on the level of the NFT. • Users have the chance to purchase limited-edition SSR Halloween Pumpkie and SR Halloween Pumpkie at 13:00 (UTC) every day from Oct 24 to Oct 30. Users with SSR Halloween Pumpkie can claim 5 guaranteed allotments in PrimeList and 5 guaranteed allotments in CandyDrop. Users with SR Halloween Pumpkie can claim 1 guaranteed allotment in PrimeList and 1guaranteed allotment in CandyDrop.

• If you purchase any rare NFT during the event period, please check if the NFT you purchase contains the aforesaid privileges. Users who bought the NFT will be entitled to extra card rewards from the day after the purchase.

• Before making any purchase, please confirm if the SSR Halloween Pumpkie/SR Halloween Pumpkie NFT you purchase comes with PrimeList Sure-win coupons and CandyDrop Sure-win coupons, and the number of Sure-win coupons you may be entitled to.

Notes:

● Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this event.

● Users can only participate in this event via the HTX App.

● Participants must complete identity verification to generate the Pumpkin Lanterns.

● Spot trading volume whose transaction fees have been offset by point cards and cashback vouchers is not counted towards the progress of the spot trading tasks.

• We will contact the winners of the Qatar Football World Championship 2022 VIP tickets within 3 weekdays after the event ends. The physical tickets will be mailed to these lucky winners within 10 weekdays after we receive their mailing addresses.

• For participants ranked 2nd to 10th place daily in generating Pumpkin Lanterns, the prizes will be distributed within 3 weekdays after the event ends.
