Resumo

После хайпа 2021 года, в массовом сознании стойко закрепилась ассоциация NFT с цифровым артом, но это примитивный взгляд. Давайте сперва разберёмся, чем является технология NFT.

Аббревиатура NFT означает Non-fungible tokens, что переводится как “невзаимозаменяемые токены”. NFT являются по сути системой сертификации на блокчейне, которая позволяет подтвердить подлинность какого-либо уникального объекта. Классические криптовалюты, вроде Bitcoin и Ethereum используют взаимозаменяемые токены, потому что каждая единица BTC эквивалентна другой единице BTC. NFT используются тогда, когда необходима работа с уникальными объектами - неважно являются они цифровыми или реальными. Маркировать с помощью NFT можно всё, что угодно - недвижимость, транспорт, финансовый актив.
