台湾大（Taiwan Mobile Co., Ltd 台湾大哥大股份有限公司，以下简称台湾大）全资子公司富昇数位成立「台湾大虚拟资产交易所（TWEX）」，为台湾首家由大型企业集团打造的虚拟资产交易所，主打「简单、低门槛、可信赖」三大特性，致力推动虚拟资产产业主流化，自今年 5 月上市后，极短时间内注册破万，更有企业主投入千万资金购入比特币。

为加速扩大台湾 Web3 生态系，台湾大于 2025 年 9 月 5 日宣布与 Kaia 区块链签订合作备忘录，凭借台湾大的品牌信任与影响力，以及 Kaia 在亚洲庞大的社群与区块链技术专业，双方强强联手扩大台湾 Web3 用户、探索法币与虚拟资产的出入金解决方案，同时致力建立与推广符合法规的 DeFi 基础设施，为下一代去中心化应用奠定基础，期待共同在台湾建构一个开放、安全且具包容性的 Web3 生态。

台湾大携手合作伙伴 Kaia 加速扩展台湾 Web3 生态

Kaia 是由亚洲两大科技巨头 Kakao(Klaytn) 与 LINE(Finschia) 合并而成的 Layer 1 区块链，于 2024 年 8 月正式启动主网，通过与 LINE 社交生态的深度结合，让广大开发者能便捷部署去中心化应用 (dApp) 及金融服务 (DeFi)，目前已累计 2.5 亿亚洲用户。

台湾大 Web3 事业副总暨富昇数位总经理韩昆举表示，希望通过本次合作在台湾释放 Web3 领域更多潜力。借由 Kaia 的区块链技术和台湾大的广泛影响力，我们能够降低进入门槛、扩展基础建设，并将 Web3 的多元应用带给数百万使用者。

Kaia 链已与 LINE 密切合作，将用户由 Web2 世界带入 Web3 领域。我们也怀抱着相同使命：在强化合规与用户安全的同时，结合双方优势，一起为 Web3 应用发展树立新的标竿。

推动合规去中心化金融 DeFi 生态，携手建立符合台湾监管要求的去中心化金融环境，提升安全与信任度。

未来，双方将结合台湾大的用户基础与品牌影响力，以及 Kaia 的技术专业与国际生态，为台湾市场树立电信科技产业与区块链产业合作的新标竿，致力于在台湾建构一个开放、安全且具包容性的 Web3 生态系。
