На фоне позитивных новостей курс биткоина поднялся на 5 % и достиг $117,3. В подобных условиях продавцы столкнулись с крупной ликвидацией позиций, которая превысила $37 млн. Эфир показал еще более выраженную динамику, прибавив 11,5 % за сутки и достигнув $4851. На текущий момент Ethereum вплотную приблизился к историческому максимуму, который был сформирован в 2021 году на уровне $4878.

Соучредитель Axie Infinity Джеффри Зирлин отметил особую зависимость эфира от монетарной политики ФРС. По его словам, при снижении ключевой ставки усиливается расхождение между доходностью стейблкоинов в сегменте DeFi и доходностью долларовых депозитов в банках, что делает Ethereum более привлекательным активом с инвестиционной точки зрения.
