因此,我相信未来将出现一个增长趋势,更多关于团队如何评估和奖励过去贡献、权衡流动性场所的成本与收益、创造机会成本、设计对齐和信号机制,以及寻找一切可能方式扩大高质量分配的思考和实验。

我们所有人都需要思考这些变化的含义,并为所有参与者,包括社区、团队、交易所、基金等,建立一个可持续的文化和预期。

什么是好的代币分配,以及如何实现

在我看来,一个好的代币分配应该:

  • 基于社区共识和对齐性奖励参与者;
  • 利用非激励性行为作为信号;
  • 广泛而相关即在整个过程中为人们提供充分的参与机会。

为了实现这一点,我认为需要几个关键转变:

  • 更强大的数据分析能力,识别有意义的信号;
  • 明确专注于设计能够凸显这些信号的机制;
  • 对所有相关方的预期进行重置。

因此,代币分配的未来将围绕可持续性和对真正社区的智能激励展开,以保障其网络和品牌的长期发展。

作为这一转变的一部分,我相信行业将朝着更数据驱动的代币分配和更智能的激励设计方向发展,其中投资回报率(包括有形和无形的)将成为核心评估指标。这一新兴文化建立在两大支柱之上:

  • 2) 非激励性信号

激励性对齐指的是涉及机会成本的行为(无论是基于资本还是社交),并作为未来社区公式的可信信号。例如参与 ICO、TVL 承诺、持有社区 NFT,以及公开的社交倡导。对齐可以通过激励来鼓励,但为了有意义,它必须涉及真实的稀缺性或成本,否则可能沦为低价值信号。
