Власти РФ создадут базу подозрительных криптокошельков

В 2025 году Росфинмониторинг запустит реестр подозрительных криптоадресов. Информация об этом содержится в техническом задании на развитие IT-системы службы, размещенном на сайте госзакупок.

В реестр включат данные, поступающие от банков, налоговой, правоохранительных органов, а также международных партнеров

Цель инициативы — борьба с отмыванием денег, финансированием терроризма и распространением оружия массового уничтожения. Система будет автоматически анализировать поступающие сведения и формировать списки адресов, связанных с экстремистской деятельностью или рисковыми транзакциями.

Новая разработка — часть цифровой экосистемы Росфинмониторинга. Она также предназначена для финансовых расследований, мониторинга операций с цифровым рублем и учета майнеров. Эксперты отмечают, что биржи могут обязать передавать данные о переводах на подозрительные адреса и с них.

Параллельно с этим дочерняя компания «Ростелекома» Fuzzy Logic Labs и «Шард» запустили инструмент для анализа рисков криптотранзакций — «Криптокомплаенс». Технология проверяет кошельки и операции контрагентов, выявляет аномалии, помогает минимизировать нарушения и соблюдать требования международных AML-стандартов.

Технический директор Fuzzy Logic Labs Валерий Голубев подчеркнул, что новые решения позволяют повысить безопасность криптотранзакций и предложить бизнесу эффективные инструменты для снижения репутационных и финансовых рисков.

Эксперты обращают внимание, что меры по контролю операций с цифровыми активами становятся приоритетными для регуляторов.

Напомним, 14 апреля РБК сообщил, что власти согласовали введение механизма изъятия криптовалюты в рамках уголовных дел.
