Инвесторы Arenum утверждают, что «тапалку» Hamster Kombat создали на базе компании и с использованием ее ресурсов. Поэтому они требуют долю прибыли от проекта, утверждая, что у них были устные договоренности с Гуриновичем о распределении доходов.

В июне этого года появилась информация о том, что за разработкой Hamster Kombat стоит российский бизнесмен Эдуард Гуринович. Позднее он заявил, что стал «эксклюзивным партнером игры в России», выкупив права на торговую марку. Создатели и разработчики игры-кликера остаются неизвестными.

Некоторые инвесторы утверждают, что не были в курсе разработки «хомяка» и не получали отчетности о финансовом состоянии компании в последние годы. Они считают, что их вложения использовались для создания «тапалки».

В конце августа бизнесмен договорился о возврате инвестиций. Тем не менее условия этой сделки инвесторы считают несправедливыми.

Юридически ситуация остается сложной. Инвесторы утверждают, что «хомяка» создали на базе Arenum, но доказательств этому может не хватить.

Эксперты расходятся во мнениях относительно правомерности требований инвесторов. Некоторые признают, что Hamster Kombat действительно могла разрабатываться с использованием ресурсов Arenum. Это дает основания для претензий.

Однако другие полагают, что, поскольку формально права на игру не принадлежат Arenum, инвесторы не могут претендовать на долю в прибыли.

Однако в комментарии для BeInCrypto Горшков заявил, что на самом деле не имеет никаких «претензий к Hamster Kombat, команде игры или связанным с ними лицами, включая Эдуарда Гуриновича».
