Благодаря обновлению, вышедшему в свет 2 сентября в 00:45 по Москве, Cardano станет первым в мире крупным блокчейном, перешедшим с централизованной на децентрализованную модель управления. В течение ближайших 90 дней эта трансформация сети завершится полностью, и после финальной активации хардфорка, контроль над блокчейном передадут стейкерам, делегированным представителям и членам конституционного комитета.

Цель первой стадии [проекта Chang] заключается в обеспечении безопасности и непрерывности работы блокчейна во время фазы перенастройки системы управления путём регистрации делегатов. Окончательная версия конституции будет разработана и ратифицирована к началу 2025 года, — написали разработчики Cardano.

Релиз хардфорка не положил конец медвежьему тренду, возникшему на рынке ADA в марте 2024-го. За последние сутки монета подешевела на 3%, и её цена продолжает колебаться под линией нисходящей тенденции, стартовавшей 21 мая. Соответственно, для разворота быкам предстоит пробить барьер сопротивления, который сейчас находится на отметке $0,389. Чтобы выполнить эту задачу, покупателям придётся подтолкнуть курс монеты на 17% от текущего показателя.
