Аккаунт X главного операционного директора Ava Labs Луиджи Д'Онорио ДеМео подозревается во взломе после публикации о недавно запущенном мемкоине на тему покемонов и ссылок на подозрительные аирдропы.

В двух сообщениях от 19 августа, которые теперь удалены, был указан адрес мемкоина на базе Solana под названием Pika (PIKA) — стилизованный под одного из центральных персонажей медиафраншизы Пикачу в явной схеме накачки и сброса.

Многие пользователи криптовалюты на X опубликовали предупреждения не нажимать и не переходить по ссылкам.

«Я максималист Avalanche, но признаю, что Solana лидирует на этом бычьем рынке, — говорится в одном из постов с аккаунта ДеМео. — Из-за возросшего поиска мемокоинов я создаю токен PIKA на Solana, основанный на моем любимом персонаже».

Рыночная капитализация PIKA достигла максимума в $388 570 вскоре после публикаций с аккаунта ДеМео около 1:40 утра UTC, но она быстро сошла на нет, упав более чем на 99% до текущей рыночной капитализации в $3289, согласно DEX Screener.

В аккаунте DeMeo также размещены ссылки на подозрительные веб-сайты, утверждающие, что Ava Labs раздает токены Avalanche (AVAX), предлагая пользователям подключить свой криптокошелек. Он также отключил комментарии, чтобы остановить предупреждения других о мошенничестве, утверждая, что существует вероятность распространения «вредоносных ссылок».
