Progmat moves ¥452B in tokenized securities to AvalancheProgmat has completed the migration of its security-token platform from Corda 5 to a dedicated Avalanche Layer 1.

The company said every active project on the platform moved to the new network. Those projects represent more than ¥452 billion in underlying assets and issued securities. The migration makes the platform’s security tokens compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine, or EVM. Progmat describes itself as Japan’s leading security-token platform by domestic market share.

The company carried out the work under Project Keystone. Progmat redesigned the system so its business functions no longer depend on one blockchain. It added a mediator layer between applications and the ledger. The structure allows the platform to connect with other chains later while keeping its existing issuance, ownership and transfer processes. A dedicated Avalanche L1 can also use rules tailored to regulated financial products.

XRP price drops to $1.08 as ETF outflows and whale demand fade

$XRP traded at $1.08 on July 13 after losing 1.09% over 24 hours and 5.48% across seven days.

The token moved between $1.07 and $1.10, while trading volume reached about $836 million. Its market value stood near $67.36 billion, keeping the token sixth among cryptocurrencies by market capitalization. The latest decline pushed the asset toward its lowest price in ten days after buyers failed to hold the rebound above $1.10.

The price had recovered from an early July low near $1.01 and briefly challenged resistance around $1.20. Sellers rejected that move, and $XRP returned to a narrow range between roughly $1.09 and $1.12.

Renewed tension between the United States and Iran then weighed on risk assets and helped push $XRP below the lower end of that range. The token now sits close to the psychological $1 level, which traders have defended several times since June.

The broader crypto market weakened as Bitcoin slipped below $63,000 and Ether traded near $1,785. That backdrop matters because $XRP has followed broader risk sentiment during recent selloffs. A stronger market rebound could support the token, while renewed pressure across assets may keep buyers cautious near current levels.

Bitcoin Price Forecast: The $64,000 resistance holds strong

Bitcoin price trades at $62,827 at the time of writing on Monday, following a mild recovery in the previous week. BTC maintains a bearish near-term tone, remaining below the key Exponential Moving Averages (EMAs). Price remains below the 50-day EMA at $65,192, the 100-day EMA at $68,686, and the 200-day EMA at $74,736, suggesting that a well-defined overhead supply zone continues to constrain rallies. 

The Relative Strength Index (RSI) is hovering just below the midline on the daily chart on Monday. At the same time, the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) remains in positive territory, suggesting that downside momentum is moderating but that the broader structure is still capped by overhead supply.

On the topside, initial resistance emerges at the horizontal barrier near $64,004, where recent price action is already struggling to gain traction. Beyond that, the 50-day EMA at $65,192 is the next hurdle, followed by the 100-day EMA at $68,686 and the 200-day EMA at $74,736, before a more distant horizontal resistance stands around $84,410. 

On the downside, the lack of clearly defined nearby support levels in this setup leaves the pair vulnerable to renewed selling should momentum fade, with traders likely to look to the $60,000 key psychological level on the chart for potential demand zones.
