Sharplink Signs Securities Purchase Agreement to Raise $75 Million for ETH Reserves and Stock Buybac

NASDAQ-listed Ethereum treasury company Sharplink announced that it has signed a securities purchase agreement to sell 10,013,400 shares of common stock along with corresponding warrants for 10,013,400 shares, raising approximately $75 million. The funds will be used for working capital, to continue accumulating ETH assets, and to repurchase company shares under its stock buyback plan. Sharplink also disclosed that as of June 16, the company holds a total of 875,776 ETH.
