I was jusit thinking most AI systems today still have one big weakness you have to trust the output.

But in a world moving toward autnomous agents, on-chain applications, and AI-powered automation, “trust me” isn’t enough. We need ways to verify how intelligence is created, executed, and used.

That’s where @OpenGradient is building something interesting a decentralzed infrastructure layer for hosting, running, and verifying AI models at scale.

The focus is not just running models. It’s making AI more transparent and composable.

and with OpenGradient, developers can bring AI capabilities closer to smart contracts through tools like NeuroML, allowing machine learning workflows to interact directly with the EVM environment.

Another thing look intersting to me is its ERC-4626 integration. AI-driven vault strategies could potentially adjust based on real-time data, improving automation around rebalancing, liquidity, and risk controls.

and beyond DeFi, this type of infrastructure could matter for autonomous agents, robotics, healthcare systems, and enterprise automation where relable AI execution is critical.

But to be honest the hard part is still ahead. Can decentralized AI networks keep inference fast, affordable, and developer-friendly while maintaining verification? That balance will likely decid whether platforms like OpenGradient move from experimentation into real-world adoption.
