US SEC Approves T. Rowe Price’s Shiba Inu and Dogecoin ETF
A new investment product tracking the performance of Dogecoin and Shiba Inu is nearing its market debut after receiving regulatory approval.

Specifically, this ETF comes from T. Rowe Price, a legacy asset manager with over $1.83 trillion under management. Over the weekend, the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the T. Rowe Price Active Crypto ETF, allowing access to a basket of digital assets including Dogecoin and Shiba Inu, two of the largest meme coins by market cap.
The actively managed multi-asset crypto ETF offers exposure to between 5 and 15 cryptocurrencies at once. Its diversified format suits traditional investors seeking indirect access to multiple digital assets without the hassle of buying them individually.

T. Rowe Price first filed for the ETF in October 2025 with the US SEC. In March, the asset manager submitted an updated S-1 filing with the regulator, signaling progress in the approval process. With the latest greenlight, the ETF will soon launch on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) Arca.

The fund’s objective is to seek long-term capital growth via investments in digital assets. It will trade under the ticker “TKNZ” and hold cash, cash equivalents, and stablecoins for the purpose of buying “eligible” cryptocurrencies.

BitGo offers Europe’s crypto firms a MiCA-compliance lifeline as license deadline looms


As the deadline looms for crypto companies to obtain licenses in Europe, BitGo (BTGO) is offering firms an easier transition to Markets in Crypto Assets (MiCA) compliance, the listed technology firm said on Wednesday.

BitGo Europe, which is authorized by the German regulator BaFin, says its Crypto-as-a-Service platform provides crypto players across Europe an alternative way to navigate MiCA, rather than the burden of building a standalone regulated crypto operating stack from the ground up, according to a press release.

BitGo CEO Mike Belshi said that if a firm is running wallets and does not have a MiCA license, they can sign up with BitGo easily integrate their wallets into BitGo wallets, with the proviso that certain know-your-customer (KYC) work aligned with MiCA would have to be done.

В основе этого сценария лежит то, что трейдеры называют «возвратом к среднему значению» — простая торговая стратегия, при которой актив падает настолько сильно, что в определенный момент происходит «короткое сжатие», и цена начинает двигаться обратно к своим ключевым долгосрочным ориентирам.

В случае с $SHIB это относится к линиям 200-недельной скользящей средней и точке контроля (POC) — основному уровню максимального объема торгов.

В настоящее время монета занимает лишь 29-е место в рейтинге CoinMarketCap с рыночной капитализацией в 2,93 миллиарда долларов, но именно это значительное отклонение от исторических уровней создает предпосылки для такого рода технического скачка. Если предположить, что остальная часть рынка останется на месте, дорожная карта этого возврата к среднему значению делится на два четких этапа.  На данный момент структура рынка открывает два четких пути восстановления криптовалюты Shiba Inu:

Сценарий $3,87 млрд (дневной график): краткосрочное возвращение к 200-дневной кривой цены и дневному POC. Рыночная капитализация $SHIB вырастет до $3,87 млрд, подняв криптовалюту на 24-е место в глобальном рейтинге и обогнав своих первых пять конкурентов: Avalanche, NEAR Protocol, Sui, Litecoin и Hedera.


 В случае с $7,37 млрд (недельный график): макросдвиг в сторону 200-недельной скользящей средней и еженедельной точки контроля, проверяющий самые высокие уровни объема с 2021 года. В этом случае $SHIB подскочил до $7,37 млрд, поднявшись прямо на 14-е место, обогнав Cardano, Toncoin, Monero и Chainlink, а также обогнав Canton CC и оказавшись сразу за Stellar.
