The prediction market platform has processed more than $345 million in volume on contracts tied to a US-Iran peace deal. While both countries announced an agreement, the market remains unresolved because users disagree on whether the developments satisfy the contract’s requirement for a “permanent peace deal.”When Does a Peace Deal Count?
The dispute turns on Polymarket’s definition of a “permanent peace deal.” According to the contract rules, a qualifying agreement must explicitly indicate that military hostilities between the two countries have ended or will permanently cease. Agreements that are temporary, or that do not clearly establish a lasting end to hostilities, do not qualify.

That wording has left traders split. Supporters of a “yes” resolution point to public statements describing the agreement as a permanent end to military operations.

Opponents argue that negotiations are still ongoing, no final document has been signed, and parts of the arrangement remain temporary, including the reported 60-day reopening of the Strait of Hormuz.

Traders are now arguing over contract language and official paperwork, not the underlying event itself.

The updated $ETH price is below all three, and this is not a detail — it is the signature of a bearish trend that has lasted for months. Every recovery attempt has hit these levels like a wall. As long as $ETH fails to move back steadily above at least the EMA20, talking about a reversal is premature.

The daily RSI at 43.48 confirms this reading: we are not in deep oversold territory, but we are in that grey area where momentum fails to generate thrust. On Tuesday, MoonPay revealed that its MoonPay Trade is now live via Ledger Wallet.

The integration will allow users to provide access to cross-chain trading while leveraging the security of the Ledger ecosystem.

The announcement comes during a growth in the demand for trading among institutional traders, and MoonPay Trade will provide a secure way to trade digital assets without revealing their private keys.

On June 16, MoonPay, a leading financial technology platform for digital assets, announced that MoonPay Trade is now available directly through Ledger Wallet.

The official announcement stated that the integration will allow users of Ledger Wallet to access services like swapping and trading while keeping their private keys secured on their hardware wallet.

“We’re excited to announce that MoonPay Trade is now live via Ledger Wallet™, giving users access to fast, competitive decentralized cross-chain trading without leaving the security of the Ledger ecosystem,” stated the official announcement.

What is MoonPay Trade?

MoonPay Trade is a major platform for the crypto payments company, which was launched in May 2026 as a unified system to access liquidity and execute trades. This platform is developed for both decentralized finance and institutional use.

MoonPay Trade is developed on technology from Decent.xyz, which is a Y Combinator-backed cross-chain routing company that MoonPay has recently acquired. It is working as a single connection point for more than 200 blockchains and protocols.
