The results invite examination of what the founder-controlled model produces when it functions effectively. The conventional wisdom holds that scaling a gaming operation to billion-dollar inflows requires institutional capital, broad shareholder bases, and the governance overhead that accompanies them.  Public listings provide currency for acquisitions. Venture capital underwrites customer acquisition during the unprofitable phase. Private equity sponsors operational discipline through portfolio management. Nexus International has done none of this and reached the same scale tier with substantially better profitability metrics. The 47 percent EBITDA margin is the most striking data point. The figure exceeds the margins reported by virtually every major publicly traded gaming operator. There are several structural reasons. Nexus International carries no legacy sponsorship debt. The group operates no native token requiring buyback or burn mechanisms.  There is no compliance infrastructure built around quarterly reporting obligations to public

Visa and WeFi have launched a collaboration to explore on‑chain banking and stablecoin‑based payment use cases in selected markets, expanding the card network’s stablecoin program beyond back‑end settlement into consumer‑facing financial services. In a joint announcement published via Chainwire and subsequent coverage, Visa said the initiative would focus on “how on‑chain value can interact with familiar payment experiences within the existing regulatory framework,” using WeFi’s infrastructure to connect DeFi‑native assets to Visa’s global acceptance network. Visa turns stablecoin rails into consumer banking infrastructure WeFi describes its platform as an “orchestration layer” between decentralized finance and regulated payment infrastructure, built to support use cases such as cross‑border spending, on‑chain value storage and everyday card payments funded by stablecoins rather than bank deposits. The Spiko platform currently manages approximately 1,700 million dollars in the financial sector.

Amundi and Spiko jointly announced the expansion of their Tokenized Fund on Solana, moving the Spiko Amundi Overnight Swap Fund (SAFO) financial vehicle to said blockchain network. The official announcement was made by Paul-Adrien Hyppolite, CEO of Spiko, during the House of Sol institutional conference cycle in the city of London.
