Users include portfolio managers, borrowers, lenders, and TRU token holders. TrueFi’s unique advantage lies in its offering of unsecured loans to borrowers and enabling financial institutions to design and launch tailored investment opportunities. It provides steady loan yields and diversified financing options.

TrueFi is operated by Archblock (formerly TrustToken). TrustToken was founded by Rafael Cosman, a Stanford University graduate with extensive experience in finance and investment. He stepped down from TrustToken in 2023. Maciej Gołaszewski is currently listed as a core team member according to LinkedIn.
Funding: TrustToken raised $20M in 2018 from notable investors like a16z crypto, BlockTower Capital, Danhua Capital, Jump Capital, ZhenFund, and GGV Capital. It also raised $8M via CoinList in August 2018 and secured an additional $12.5M in 2021 from a16z, BlockTower, and Alameda Research.
